Ceramic plunger


The Ceramic piston is made of high-purity ceramic raw materials, which are formed by dry pressing or cold isostatic
pressing, high-temperature sintering and precision machining.

Ceramic piston can work in the acid and alkali corrosion conditions, high toughness and low friction coefficient, high
pressure environment for a long time, and the maximum temperature to 1800 ºC (3272ºF)... 

Molding process is mainly hot, dry pressure, isostatic pressing;
Products alumina purity to meet customer requirements, tolerances can be controlled within ± 0.001mm range;
Surface roughness can reach Ra0.2um, for deep processing, the surface roughness can be controlled below Ra0.02um;

the metal plunger and solve the problems of poor corrosion resistance, low-temp resistance, short service life. It has high
performance of wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance and shock resistance. Compared with metal plunger, the service
life of ceramic plunger is 6-10 times longer. Ceramic plunger can not only greatly improved the output of crude oil, but
