Production description:

[Application] Ceramic wear-resistant linings are widely used in hoppers, rubber belts, pipes, elbows, valves, fan blades, chutes, ball mills, feeders, bunkers, and other processing equipment of the steel, thermal power, cement, coal, mine, port, chemical industry and so on.
Wear-resistant alumina lining brick is also called alumina ceramic lining brick, ball mill lining brick, ball mill lining board, wear-resistant ceramic lining brick, ceramic lining brick, high alumina lining brick, alumina lining brick, etc. It has the characteristics of high hardness, high density, low abrasion, good regularity, and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used for wear-resistant lining of ball mills.
The appearance is delicate white, and the two lining bricks are connected by a snap button to ensure the connection strength. Its main component is high-quality alumina, with high whiteness, without any adverse effects on the quality of the material being ground.
According to its size and slope, there are five types, namely straight brick, oblique brick, straight half brick, oblique half brick and thin brick.
Installation steps:
Before installation, clean the inner surface of the ball mill first and then follow the steps below:
1) Install the ball mill from the end face, and use straight bricks on both ends, and then use a certain number of straight half bricks for installation. The gap between the lining bricks should be less than 2mm.
2) Install the cylinder body after installing both ends. The cylinder body is used with straight bricks and oblique bricks to ensure that the bottom of the lining brick is close to the inner wall of the cylinder. At the same time, a certain number of half bricks and thin bricks are appropriately used. Install the barrel.
3. The specific installation method is as follows:
Install the straight bricks first, and then match the corresponding straight bricks or oblique bricks according to the proportions, and arrange them alternately. If the straight bricks cannot enter the last row, install the sliced bricks, and seal the gaps with adhesive. Since different construction workers have different installation accuracy, it may cause deviation. Please install according to the construction drawings.
4. Maintenance work:
After the ball mill is installed, it must be cured. The curing should be carried out according to the curing characteristics of the adhesive. For example, with ceramic glue, it needs to be air-dried for 24 hours.
