Besides CNC vertical machining centers and lathes, Campro’s comprehensive product line includes large-scale turning centers, double-column machining centers more than 5m tall, horizontal machining centers, 5-axis machining centers, and more. The staff of Campro’s R&D Department have more than 30 years of machine tool R&D experience. Five percent of our annual turnover is allocated to promote independent R&D capabilities and to make continual improvements to the precision and functionality of our CNC machine tools. Whether it is a 2-axis turning center or a complex 5-axis machining cell, we can customize to customer needs.

We can analyze tool wear or cutter tremor data, relaying them directly to a central monitor or sending alarm messages to the manager. For customers just starting Industry 4.0, we can help set up a visualized factory management system. For customers looking for further functions, we can help build a machine-flexible production system to digitally manage the entire factory.

Our machines are inspected throughout the production process, and our staff is rigorously trained in compliance with the ISO-certified service process.

Campro implements strict inspection and regulation on all materials provided by the supply chain. An incoming material inspection station conducts 100% quality control using high-precision testing instruments; all defective, sub-standard material is returned. In accordance with the standards stipulated in the design drawings, we conduct strict inspections in dimensions tolerance, geometric precision, hardness, and surface treatment.
